Can you actually believe it's August already? How was YOUR July, Beloved Beautanicals?
On that note ..... Please feel welcome to write to Sandy and I about your Beautanical /Botanical experience thus far, we value and take heed of your input and questions. 
This is a community!
I am presently writing this in a blacked out bedroom with my two hunds abreast. Adrian braving the rain and wind to chase that little white ball around. A healing poultice covers my left eye, as I am currently suffering with an origin unknown, eye lid skin issue. Episode 2 ...update of this to follow 
I feel so deeply the change happening in and around me continuously. The weather in KZN is so exquisite at present, it ushers in the motivation to STAY PRESENT and take it ALL IN!
 On my walks with Optimus Prime and Luna each day , they pause frequently to read a book, which is sniff a tree in dog language ...( so don't yank your dog when sniff )they reading history ( who came before me)  biology ( urine tells them everything about their fellow canines state of health)  language/communication ( they know the genetic make up ( breed in our human  language )  geography ( whereabouts of my fellow pack ) I lift my eyes to the bright blue sky and feel the warm breeze flutter over my eyelids and just BREATHE...JUST BREATHE ....
After 27 years in the Motor Trade my fellow Journeyer  Adrian .....human husband of 37 years, retired from the Motor Trade.
Our son Dylan, living and working in the UK for just under a year, received a grand promotion in six months and an award for Championing Diversity in the Coty Fragrances Division. WOW  What better achievement than leading the way for INCLUSIVITY for ALL! So incredibly proud of this child's Soul.
Why do I share this with you .... CHANGE....it's constant ...
How are YOU dealing with it ?
It is when we OPEN WIDE our Minds and Hearts SIMULTANEOUSLY, that the magic of ACCEPTANCE unfolds.
To be whole....really whole ....we need to engage and encourage both parts of ourselves fully. MIND & EMOTION
In love and peace  we build the bridge ....not the wall, not just with others, but most importantly of all, with OURSELVES.

“Hatred cannot coexist with love and kindness. It dissipates when supplanted with thoughts of love and compassion.” Loving-kindness meditation or ‘Metta’ meditation is an ultimate form of generous and selfless love towards ourselves and others.Why would you even bother trying metta?
There are many great reasons for you to try metta. As I discuss in my post on the benefits of metta meditation, scientific research has shown that loving kindness practice enhances our well being.
In general, it makes us more happy, and the body follows along by reduced pain and inflammation. Some research even shows that metta can increase telomere length, which is associated with increased longevity!
Lovingkindness meditation is just one of many kinds of meditation, but it’s one that has quite a bit of research data to back up its helpfulness. Lovingkindness has been shown to increase positive emotions and to help people feel more connected to others.  It’s been shown to help with migraines, chronic pain, trauma, and even schizophrenia
May I be happy, healthy and peaceful.
May I let go of sadness and bad feelings.
May I be free from anger.
May I be free from pain.
May I be free from difficulties.
May I be free from suffering.
May I be healthy, happy, and peaceful.
May I be filled with loving-kindness.
May I be at peace.
I spread this loving-kindness out.
I send love to my family, friends, co-workers, community, Province, Country and Planet, All living beings. 
May they let go of sadness and bad feelings.
May they be free from anger.
May they be free from pain.
May they be free from difficulties.
May they be free from suffering.
May they be healthy, happy, and peaceful.
May they be filled with loving-kindness.
May all of life be at peace.
