This tea was developed to stabilise the endocrine system, in addition it stabilises your internal support systems. It aids with acne, PMS, bloating, digestion, menopausal symptoms, insomnia, depression, anxiety and bipolarity, by doing so also helps with nervous eczema.
The endocrine system is responsible for all hormone production with in the body. Hormone imbalances can also lead to depression, anxiety, moodiness, insomnia, acne, etc.

Stinging nettle root cleanses and detoxifies the whole body while supporting and strengthening. It helps with gout and arthritis, poor kidney function and fluid retention. It eases allergic disorders such as hay fever, asthma and eczema. It treats anemia and sciatica. It helps reduce mucus in the lungs and bronchial catarrh. It reduces enlarged and painful prostate. It helps reduce internal hemorrhage, dysentery, jaundice and infertility. It is also very high in minerals. Lavender blossoms help with headaches especially when caused by
stress. Helps with depression, sleeplessness and anxiety. May be used to treat nervous debilitation as well as exhaustion. Strengthens the nervous system. Helps with digestion. Lemon balms primary function is to reduce the physical effects of stress which in turn helps with memory. It lowers stress related high blood pressure, protects the heart and circulatory system, heart burn, IBS, etc. The debilitating physical side effects of stress are where this herb becomes essential in our everyday life.
Peppermint may be one of the best calming agents available. It not only helps you to mentally cope with stress and anxiety, it also helps to boost the immune system helping to fight off colds and flu.
Borage has many wonderful attributes, but none more noteworthy than the ability to stabilise the endocrine system. It acts as a type of polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA), omega 6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) is found in borage in very high concentration, higher than any other edible plant. GLA helps maintain the cell membranes’ structure and function in mammals. It is the precursor to many vital active compounds and hormones.
Ingredients
Stinging nettle root, lavender blossom, lemon balm, peppermint, borage and green tea.
Directions for use
Recommended dose: 3 cups per day.
Hot tea: One tablespoon steeped in a cast iron teapot with a strainer. Makes 3 - 4 cups tea.
Iced tea: 1 heaped teaspoon steeped in tepid water. Allow to cool. Refrigerate and add juice and fruit of your choice. 60g makes over 30 liters of iced tea.
Storage
Store in a cool area, out of direct sunlight between 18 and 22 degrees.
Allergies
Do not use it if you have a nut or bee allergy.
